Contacting a human in customer care

I have tried to contact customer care ref a change of address. Well, no one works in CC. Tried the Bot. Round in circles. I keep ending up on the same page. Change it in my account. Well, guess what, you can`t change it in my accounts. This is THEEE most frustrating site for customer care I have ever used, and believe me, I`ve been on a few. Not a human in site. So, the question is, If customer care are the only ones who can change my address, then how in heavens name do I contact them???

Try the following on Monday. Do not answer the questions but wait for an agent to answer.

Thanks buddy. I`ll give it a go. I still can`t see how a company as technically advanced as this has such a terrible support system. Anyhoo, as I said I`ll give it a go and thanks once again.0
