    I previously had my software rolled back to allow bluetooth to work with my phone (1.7.60). When I plug my watch into my PC now it keeps asking to update software again. Should I ignore this update, or is this a fixed version?

    Unless TT are about to release 1.7.64 to everybody anyway, could you put my watch on to this version please.
    Mine does usually sync with 1.7.62, eventually, after lots of rebooting the phone, changing syncing modes on the watch and just random fiddling with but I'm fed up doing that and it doesn't seem to be working today...Thanks !

    We overwrote 1.7.60 with 1.7.64 so please accept the update. :)

    First try in case of battery issues should always be a factory reset (Reset if you have set Sports Connect to English). This fixes them in most cases.

    We'll be starting a phased roll-out soon so you'll have it in the end.

    You're account is still linked to 1.7.64 so please try again and connect your watch to Sports Connect.

    This is already the case. A downgrade is only possible doing a factory reset in the Settings of Sports Connect.

    TomTom Sports Connect should now offer 1.7.64.

    A factory reset in the Settings of Sports Connect will install 1.3.255 on your watches.

    i also can't connect whit bluetooth
    my firmware is 1.7.64
    can i have a rollback of the firmware

    If you now do another factory reset the old 1.3.255 build will be installed.

    Your watch is still on 1.7.62. Can you connect it to the computer and accept the update to 1.7.64?

    Battery doesn't last a full hour of running. Could I have the 1.7.64?
    I don't care about BT since I use PC to upload my workouts.

    Version 1.7.64 will not solve your battery issue. We'd have to downgrade you to 1.3.255 until we have a fix. However, you should try a factory reset first to see if that fixes it.

    Can you add me to version 1.7.64? It is hard to understand that it took so long to make an solution for such a main problem

    I am not sure if this would solve the phone-app bluetooth syncing issues with the Adventurer but it is not being offered as an upgrade on the TomTom Sports Connect when I connect my watch to my computer.

    Also got big battery issues with 1.7.62. Even after a factory reset. Possible to get the 1.3.255 version?

    Just do a factory reset again and you should be offered v1.3.255

    Version 1.7.64 will not solve your battery issue. We'd have to downgrade you to 1.3.255 until we have a fix. However, you should try a factory reset first to see if that fixes it.

    I did the factory reset and the fully charged watch lasted for 1:21 on freestyle mode. I guess, I could revert back to 1:3:255.
