    When will the new update arrive? You changed me back to a older version of the software. Should I go and have a refund? I am not pleased how TomTom has handled this. How hard can it be to fix this? I have friends who bought their watches 3 months after me and their watches are working and they have all new nice features. I am fed up with this and I want an answer! Have a nice day.

    Can I please have my spark rolled back to working version. My husband's will need to be done too. I will PM you our email addresses as they are different to our forum log in. So frustrated as love my Watch!!!!

    I had asked you to roll back my watch to a previous version. But could you get it back in order so I could be able to update again to the latest version again (1.7.53)? Yeah, I know I'm asking the complete opposite of everyone here.

    Jürgen, can you revert my settings to 1.3.255 also? I tried the factory reset and couldn't select the version, so I'm still at 1.7.53 and having the same syncing issues as everyone else. Thank you :)

    Just got my tomtom runner 2 cardio music and am not able to pair to sports app on phone with FW 1.753.
    Can you please roll mine back also to ses if it works on old firmware, am a little disapointed with purchase at the moment hope this can be fixed.

    Tried all suggestions but watch only downloads to the computer. No way to sync with phone. If rollback is the only solution can mine be rolled back too please.

    I have the same problem, since the installation of v1.7.53. It does not connect to Android application. Can you link my account to the version 1.3.255, please?
