Hello,
When I open the MyDrive on my Mac and look at my account, it shows that I'm in the U.K. when in fact I'm in Canada. On the website, when I log in, it shows that I'm in Canada. The big problem is that when I turn on my new GO 620, the time zone seems to reflect that I'm in the U.K.. How do I change the country on my Mac MyDrive program so that it shows I'm in Canada? For some reason you can't seem to change it at all.
Any help is welcome. Thanking you all in advance.

    Hi Richard_Bell

    Welcome to the community!

To change the country in MyDrive Connect-

The time on the device is determined by the GPS satellites, so when you first start your device, it may need a few minutes to determine your position. In future, your position will be found much faster.

To ensure good satellite reception, use your GO outdoors and keep it upright. Large objects such as tall buildings can sometimes interfere with reception.

    Regards
    Vikram :)

    Hi
    @Richard_Bell

Have you obtained a GPS Satellite lock ???
If your device is showing a small Satellite Dish at the top of the Traffic Bar your device has not synced with the GPS Satellites and their Clocks

Have you tried a Soft/Drum roll restart on the device ??? This restarts the devices Operating System afresh and Clears the on-board Memory Working Space....

Charge the device for at least 2Hrs "OR" have the device plugged into a power supply
Press and hold the on/off button until you hear a drum-roll sound then release the on/off button.
You won’t lose anything; it’s just like rebooting your PC
I use a Soft/drum-roll start after any upgrade large or small.
It’s also useful to keep in mind for sorting out most minor niggles......

If possible, for the for the First Satellite fix, go outside with a clear view of the Sky
