I am trying to set up my TomTom Online.
The BOX sayss TomTom VIA / 1525M but " 1525M" is NOT an opption from the list of VIA products to choose from. When looking for assitance you have NO Phone number and far to many products. you should make ONE product a GPS I should not have to choose they should ALL use the same maps. I just want to program my POI and wall paper etc

I need a link to the VIA 1525 M page or to be told what number to use in place of this.

Also You website neds to include ALL versions of TomTom you can't leave off the 1525 M sevral were in stock people need to know its name the name needs to be clearly listed you build your website nad products inpopperly.

I demand a responce promptly In English clearly or I will take it back ask my money back and not only never buy your product again which I am only buying ecuase your last GPS broke. But I will not recamend you to any one and I will tell every one to never buy your product.

    You are aware this is a user forum, not customer support, and you can demand all you want and everyone will choose to ignore you? TomTom offers limited phone support, but you can access email and chat using the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page and following the prompts. Another user may have a phone number but again, with the attitude you present I am not sure many will be inclined to help.

    The Problemb is the Promps don't work. The customer service is horrible. The menues on the GPS are horrible the menues on the website are Horrible. The navigation on the TomTom web site was easy 10 years ago and now its so confusing and wrong. I want to talk to real proffosional people You have no customer suport at all I will tell people not to buy your product ever.

    What page are you on when you click to go to the Tomtom/Get Started.

    If you scroll to the bottom of the page does it say the US or UK. If UK click on it and change the country.
