I have puchased the upgrade offer Go Premium X with World maps etc. I cannot access these maps.

How can I access the services I have paid for? They are not showing in my services.

    Assuming that you mean that when you go into Settings/Maps on your Device and select Add a Map that non are listed to select from then this is usually a sign that your account needs sorting. If you look here tomorrow hopefully @VikramK or @lampard will be able to advise you that the account is sorted and what you need to do.

    If they miss this then you should contact Customer Support and they will deal with it.

    Subscriptions for your GO PREMIUM X have been fixed.

    Just do a soft reset and check for updates. Btw, you already have the latest map of Europe installed v10.35.
