Start 20 The map doesn't work

One of the map doesn't work after updating. It's corrupted. Can't fix this problem.

    Hi @tann2019

    If you have more than 1 map on your Start 20 do you not get an option to uninstall if you click on the map in MyDrive connect. Then reinstall it as the map should still be available for installations it is assigned to the account.

    I tried this method but it still doesn't work.
    I've got a map of Western Europe and purchased the updates for 50 euro. After that I connected TomTom to my PC and the updates downloaded automatically.
    Also I downloaded a map of Eastern Europe and after that Western Europe became unavailable. I found it when I was driving to Italy and maps didn't want to switch.
    When I connected my TomTom again to PC, I saw that the map of Western Europe is corrupted. I tried to reinstall it but still it doesn't work

    Maybe @VikramK or @lampard can have a look at your account and sort out what the problem may be with the Western European Map and advise how to sort it.

    I assume you have a big enough extra memory card so you can load both maps.
