Traffic - Service Unavailable?

Hi,

I have a TomTom 6000, and it says I'm connected to "MyDrive", but it says "Service unavailable" when it comes to traffic.. . If you click on "service unavailable" it says that traffic is activated, speed camera updates are expired, and mydrive is activated

Prior to this, there were no network connection at all.. That is until I connected it to my laptop, and finally at least it connected to "Mydrive" ...

Please advise further.
