My device my content options not showing in my drive connect

I have no maps available message on device have downloaded my drive connect but do not get options for my device or my content so am unable to select to uninstall map and reinstall.
Have tried this on both windows and Mac but still do not see the options

    Hi @JASG

    Welcome to the community!

    The logs in the backend show that the downloads are blocked because of network firewalls or anti-virus connections.

    It's advised to a use a different internet connection to overcome this problem.
