New TomTom Go Basic Thinks I'm in a Different Time Zone?

Just bought a new TomTom Go Basic and it calculates all the driving times majorly wrongly & has a plus sign next to the journey time displayed. The online manual says this is due to the fact that we are in a different time zone to our destination.

Since all the routes we've entered are within the UK, this is obviously garbage. And there's nothing in the manual to suggest why it's doing this, or any info on how to fix it.

Anyone else had this problem and know if there's a way to reset this? Am I missing something?

Otherwise, it's going back to the shop with a few sharp words from a very dissatisfied customer....
