Why is TomTom support so poor

I have been trying to get some answers to simple questions about route planning for over a month now and I almost feel like I'm speaking a different language as I'm not making any progress at all. If you want to see what I mean, have a look at the e-mail chain which I've uploaded to my Box account. As per normal, you need to read it from the bottom to the top. Here is the link:

Based on this and previous attempts to get answers from TomTom, I have to say that I rate their support as very poor. What do others think?
