Updating Start 60 device using MyDrive Connect

the Tom Tom website tells me how much MB I have free on the device and Memory Card but at the same time tells me the device is not connected, which it is and must be for the system to know how much space there is on it! Any suggestions on how I can get my update completed?

    Are you still facing the issue? I see that all updates on your device including the latest map of Europe (v10.35) installed successfully on yesterday itself. Let us know if there's anything else!

    i got Tom Tom Start 60 with life time update.and its says map expired now.
    contact TOM TOM they ask me purchase the map ???????????

    any help please

    Hopefully @VikramK can check your unit and if entitled to lifetime updates sort the settings on the TT servers accordingly.

    Welcome to the community!
    It's the Nav3 model and I don't find the Lifetime embedded services assigned. Please get in touch with our customer services. They might need some additional information before activating Lifetime services.
