Move Map from Internal to SD Card memory
I have two maps: GB & EU on internal Memory and SE Asia on SD card.
My GB & EU on internal memory will not update as the updates are too large for my remaining internal capacity.
My question is therefore, how to move the GB & EU map from Internal Memory to SD card Memory.
Also, the TomTom support states that it has only tested up to 32Gb on microSD card. Can I use 64Gb or even 128GB card on my TomTom GO 6100.
TIA

The limit on a micro SDHC card is 32GB as that is the maximum that can be formatted as FAT32 which is the base for TomTom's proprietary format, see my guide https://en.discussions.tomtom.com/go-800-1000-2000-series-via-series-start-20-and-60-series-mydrive-19/formatting-a-micro-sdhc-card-990256
As to moving the maps, it depends on the size of the card that the SE Asia is on.
I'd like to keep both maps on the SD 32Gb memory card (when it arrives) and report back when done.

Think you will find that MDC will decide where that maps are stored, so the small SE Asia will be always be internal, which is a useful backstop against the dreaded "No maps found" lock up of the device see https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/16693

Its always best to keep a small Map installed on the On-board Memory to avoid the Catch22 'No Maps Found'

Read & Adapt the excellent post post from user LAURE123
It's not easy moving Maps around but reading the post you will see the method.... if the Venezuela (From World Maps) is not available for you... Use the one allocated by VikramK or lampard....
