Why is the service of my drive and traffic not available

It happens to much that the service of My Drive and traffic and not online because the service is not available
you buy a system and you expect it to work.
can this be fixed

    I have purchased a GO 620 with YFI ...I open Blue tooth , my phone is connected , I tap on my phone , hands free calls is connected , and Smartphone messages is connected . Data for Traffic & other services is selected but says unable to connect . If I open my account I get a message across the top saying that those services are not associated with my account across the top , TomTom is working on the problem . I specifically purchased this unit for those services , when will they be available . Also I would like a phone # in US for tech support .
