Can't sync my Runner 2 with Sports app through Bluetooth connection
after the update of my sport watch Runner 2 I can't sync activity using the bluetooth connection. My smartphone is a Galaxy S8. Could you tell me which is the problem? Should I install an older version of the software in my watch?

I follow your instructions but I couldn't connect the watch to the phone. A message appears after the PIN code is filled in.. It seems like the watch is already connected to another phone.
I did the phone factory reset before the connection.
Any suggestions?
