Can't access menu on Start 50

i have a start 50 that I updated for a friend. I did it in german but I speak English. anyway I selected accidentally that I wanted to add a card. I don't. but I cannot access menu to change this option. ive already reset the device twice. this has not helped. how can I access the menu and exit the mode that says I must insert card or buy a card?

    I have activated a smaller map for your device, could you try connecting the device to MyDrive Connect and see if you are able to install it?
