Runner 2: can do a reset but stuck on mysports.tomtom.com

Hello last week my Runner 2 totally switched OFF. I was afterwards able to do several resets using the TomTom Sports Connect, but when you have to go to mysports.tomtom.com to finalize the operations, the watch is stuck with the hands logo.
I tried to recreate an account but still without success.
Any idea?

I would try to perform a reset on your watch using the recovery mode, follow these steps:
1. Place your watch in the dock before you connect the dock to the computer.
2. On your watch, move DOWN but keep the button pressed. If the USB port on your computer is not easily accessible, connect the dock to the computer without the watch. Then move down from the clock screen while you slide the watch into the dock.
3. Connect the dock to the computer. Keep pressing the button until your watch shows tomtom.com/reset.
4. Release the button and wait for Sports Connect to show Update.

Thanks for your answer, but i was able to do several times the reset using the recovery mode. It is afterwards that there is a problem when trying to link to a new or an existed accout, the Tomtom pages loads but soon after the watch shows the "hand symbol".
