Downloading navcore update on my Blue &Me

I'm trying to update my TomTom Blue &Me
All the choices are grayed out and it tells me to download Navcore first.
This is not an option and I can't find anywhere to download it from.
My device won't work now as it can't find GPS
That is why I'm trying to update it.
Can you help as It's been like this for months now.

Look at this topic, I think a situation similar to yours for the update of your "Blue & Me".

You untick all items except Siracusa + QickGPSfix. You download both at the same time.
"Siracusa" ==> it's your NavCore, for Italian car brand.
"QuickGPSfix" ==> can't be unticked, never.
For MyDrive Connect if you have the message "Busy server" do a clean installation of the software.
