I have an older (obviously) TomTom Start 20. I'm having issues with the device, primarily updating the maps from MyDrive. At first I thought it was an issue with the USB micro cable but now the device itself doesn't seem to connect properly, and drops the signal intermittently. I don't see the Start 20 listed on the TomTom site. Not sure what to do...?

The Start 20 is supported.
Is the connection blocked by an Antivirus or a firewall on your computer?
Try a different USB slot(computer), I would also want you to check the connection point on the device, because if that is loose then it could result in loss of connectivity.
