POI still pending after 10 days

Hello everybody I am new so please be gentle. I added my business to POI 10 days ago but it still is showing as pending.

    I have just checked and it says accepted, but on the map it still showing in oranges where as all the other poi are grey, I tried to update it and when I click on it nothing happens, if I type the name of the poi in the search bar it isnt found.

    Hello no I am referring to mapshare on my tomtom account, when I look at my poi I have added it says accepted and shows in orange and I try to update poi but cant, but all the other poi around me are coloured grey and I can update them.

    It will take some time for the accepted report to give you an option to update it.

    Any specific reason you want to update it immediately after it has been accepted?
