Again a broken strap Runner Cardio

For the second time within one year the strap broke of the TomTom Runner Cardio. This is still within the 2 years of warranty. The prevoius time I was so desperate that I bought a new strap (31 January 2019) in June it broke again. Now after the holiday season I try to claim a new one.
The serial number of my watch is HRxxxxGxxxxx. The colour of the strap was first green, the second one was black. Both colours are good for me.
Please help me soon,

I have just called a Dutch service telephone number. They have told me that the only way to claim a repair is via this chat function. Is that true?
Then I want to ask you how can I get a new strap?0 -
Meanwhile I did found a chat function with TomTom support on https://nl.support.tomtom.com/app/contact/p/4298/c/4754#ChatTab
There I could ask for a replacement of my strap. And It was promised to me that I would get it, for free!
