Inaccurate distance or track?

Here is my run on a 400 m track. See how many laps I had to run to get 10 km. Is the tomtom spark faulty or the track itself? https://mysports.tomtom.com/service/webapi/v2/activity/perm_BQarpInnnM2Px7Qk8Gf2FzU1KLyu-qawtTVQVB5cSRVhXQNgNqRviq4rNdbptPLGwB-_CnBx49xYcqwBVgyZ-g?format=html

GPS is generally inaccurate on tracks, regardless of the brand. the constant turning in a fairly tight space causes a lot of overlap in the GPS data which gives inaccurate distances and paces. The track will be accurate, but that distance is only accurate in the inner lane so every time you leave the inner lane you are adding distance.

I left the inner Lane only on the final lap.
