Unable to update devices - 'Servers are busy'

It has been MANY weeks since I have been able to update ANY of the multiple devices I manage. Yesterday I got an email that 'New maps are available! Install now!' And...... I STILL cannot do so. 'Servers busy, try again...servers busy, try again'....Has anyone got ANY idea when this issue might be resolved????

    Tried that. No joy. Using a Mac running Mojave. Same thing when I tried it on a PC

    Hi @payit

    Try completely delete My Drive Connect from your Mac and then after turning it Off then ON Install a new copy from the Tomtom website.

    maybe they link your device to the servers again
