This connects via Bluetooth to your Mobile, for Traffic, doesn't it?
Firstly, is it this connection not working? Or is it connecting, but NOT getting Traffic?
Obviously, in the first instance, re-pair the Mobile to your TomTom. NB:- I personally don't find the TomTom that informative as to where the issue is - however, I find that my Mobile will usually indicate whether it is connected or not.
In the second instance (i.e. you are connecting to your Mobile) double-check that you haven't changed any settings within your Mobile (I've seen an instance of where the Setting had been changed so that the Mobile will ONLY receive Data whilst connected to WiFi - you need to ensure you can get Data via the Mobile).
Obviously, you will need to check that you are in a Good Mobile Reception Area!
