    Hi ampthetex

I am not sure if its because of age of your device.

Could you try a clear re installation of TomTom HOME. May be using revouninstaller will help.

A fresh copy of the application can be downloaded here-https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7448

Hopefully @VikramK will see your post and reactivate the map. Check back.

    Hi @ampthetex

    Welcome to the community!

    Map reactivated.

Connect the device to TomTom HOME and remove the existing map first. Then check for updates, a fresh version of the map should be offered for download. Install it :)
