TomTom Go 920 Problem

Ive tried reset button etc, but just cant even revert it back to how it was????, help please.

I am not sure if its because of age of your device.
Could you try a clear re installation of TomTom HOME. May be using revouninstaller will help.

Welcome to the community!
Map reactivated.
Connect the device to TomTom HOME and remove the existing map first. Then check for updates, a fresh version of the map should be offered for download. Install it
