Waypoints as training trigger

Hi all,
I was wondering if there was a way to use waypoints as custom workout plan trigger instead of fixed time or distance trigger.
For instance I would like to set a fast pace on a given uphill segment, no matter if I took a detour on my planned route before that. I reckon this is not a possibility in the custom workout planning tool, but I'd still give it a try here ;-)
