I've beeen trying to uninstall a map to load a new one. I keep getting "servers are currently busy etc" this has been going on for a week

    Try support. Don't provide a model number when prompted so that a live agent will respond:

    - Log out of mydrive connect
    - use revo uninstaller to remove mydrive
    - download a new version from their website
