It opened up when I plugged my satnav into my desktop and immediately raised suspicion due to the spelling errors. Is it official / a phishing scam to get information from satnavs such as addresses / or what?

There is also another website which does not sound legitimate.
tomtomupdatecenter.live
Same approach as the rest of the comments - someone rings after you discuss your problem via chat and says they need to remotely connect to your computer. I hung up and blocked that number. Interesting in the chat they were providing links to legitimate Tom Tom sites.
