So the problem I have is I can’t connect to MyDrive via a personnel hotspot from my iPhone. It comes up as network connected but just won’t access MyDrive. If I plug it in to computer it works fine. Extremely frustrating and had many calls to customer service and even got a brand new model in exchange but still no luck.

    Old BT pairings to the same device can/will block new attempts.
    So first remove BT pairing setting from the same device before a new attempt.
    Restarting your Phone before a new attempt can help.
    Turning off WiFi on your Phone before a new attempt can help. (mobile data must be on)

    When nothing works Sometimes you have to clear BT cache on your Android Phone (Google this for your Phone model)
    In some cases only a Factory Reset of your phone will help.

    Also a Drum reset of your Rider before an attempt can help.
