Traffic not activated on device, speed cameras are activated

Hi
Just purchased GO PROFESSIONAL 6250 to take advantage of lifetime updates, speed cameras have activated but traffic has not???
Tried soft reset but still not active
Please help

    I think you must call support. They can aktivate it

    The TomTom Traffic services are not active, if you do a soft reset and log in to MyDrive on the device it should work.
