Mydrive sync

Hello,

I've downloaded the Android GO app, logged into my Mydrive account in the app, and enabled Mydrive sync.

When I also log into Mydrive on a PC, it tells me I don't have any connected apps.

I'm logging in using the same account.

Nothing has happened in the app, apart from it shows me as logged in - how will I know when all my data has been synced in the app, or do I need to do something else?

    When you are logged in to MyDrive web on your computer are you able to see your places/routes and favorites?

    If yes, then I would suggest that you reset the GO Mobile app and login again into MyDrive using the same account credentials.

    I think I was confused between the Tomtom website and the Mydrive website.
    I've just logged into the Mydrive website, and it looks like it's synced the small amount of data from the app.

    What I was expecting to see was the favourites from my VIA 135, (which as I understand it are backed up in Mydrive) appearing in the app.
    Is that something that can happen?
