Hi
I was just updating my GO LIVE 1000 as I have done successfully many time before when I received a message to disconnect and reconnect the sat nav since it wasn't responding. I now have a message saying "No maps found" and I can't get MyDrive Connect to see the sat nav at all.
All suggestions for a solution will be gratefully received.

The team has made some changes in the backend.
Please clear the cache in MyDrive Connect and check for updates.
During the download, process do not disconnect the device unless the update has completed. It's important that you use a fast and stable internet connection which is not affected by antivirus or firewall.
