TomTom GO 500: Traffic Lifetime expired 2019/08/10
I have made a soft reset, but it hasn't helped me.
I think, that the software on the device should be updated in some way. Correct?
How can I solve this problem?

Select your Satnav and then set the Dropdown menu to"fejlfinding" then you should see the Chat icon that i shown in my first post
