XXL 540M display issue

I have had my XXL 540M for roughly 5 years and this morning I discovered my screen was cracked from the inside which left a large black spot on the display. It worked fine this past weekend and was never dropped. Contacting their customer service in India was a waste of time. They offered a discount, but only on their high end products and the representative would not give me any contact information for in the US for customer service.

Many of the XXL Models are declared End of Life

Devices with lifetime maps are not affected
