Welcome to the community!
I would start with the soft reset- Charge the device for more than 2 hours. Press and hold the on/off button till you hear the drum sounds.
Should that make no difference then try a factory reset-
Main menu- Settings- System- Reset.

thanks a lot I have already tried with the reset but it doesn't go the problem it started after the last software update that I did I hope they will do another update that solves everything thanks0

Try the recovery mode. This process will remove the existing firmware and replace it with a clean fresh copy.
