my trips do not synchronize
I create trips with "mydrive" on my PC (W10) and select "synchronize with my device". I have a tomtom rider 410. Until recently it was no problem to synchronize my trips with my tomtom using "mydrive connect" via my PC and USB cable. Today I have created few trips on mydrive as usual but not possible to synchronize with my tomtom.
Any suggestion ?

Welcome to the community!
Sometimes you just have to log in again into MyDrive (on the device) for this to work.
Could you try a reset- Main menu-settings-system-reset.
On the device, log in again to MyDrive and give some time for the sync to finish and let us know if the routes appear.

I have simular problems as bdutre, Using Totom Mydrive on W10 PC with a tomtom 550 device. Created places and routes in mydrive connect. Works fioe untill recently (June) However current: in the Mydrive Android app only the places are synchronized.
Executed next steps in order to find a cause:
- Deleted tomtom 550 device from tomtom mydrive connect.
- Erased all routes and places from mydrive account
- Complete factory reset of tomtom 550
- Removed app from the telephone
Installed all of the above again and connected.
Account to PC and tomtom550 device works fine.
Android app still only shows my places, no routes, even after couple of hours.
It must be a bug in the latest Mydrive Android update, since no other changes have been made prior to the malfunctioning.
Please Fix this Tomtom
