rndismp problem with windows 7 and new myDriveConnect

I updated the MyDriveConnect tool to new version Now I have a problem with communication to my Rider 400 navigation.
The tool shows that the Navi is connected. But the new Navi unit SW or map doesn't transfers to my rider 400. The driver details are shows error code 10.
What's going wrong? I uninstall the complete new SW and clean my registry. But nothing help.
The Navi is ok. It would be tested at another computer with windows 10. Here is everything fine.
What are the difference?

    Sorry about my late reply! I think the issue is with the device drivers and since your Rider device (S/N ends with 0193) identified as Remote NDIS Compatible Device, please follow the steps in the public FAQ here to update it manually. (Follow the instructions under 'TomTom #... / RNDIS / Remote NDIS Compatible Device' tab for Windows 7)
