My device screen is not responding
the zoom arrow keys work. tried resetting device by reinstalling and still the same.
bought a replacement screen and fitted. still does the same.
Thinking it may be a software issue but cannot see any way of updating etc
Any ideas may be helpful before i move to another navigation device manufacturer! Finding tomtom very annoying!

Is the device one of the really old NAV2 GO 50

It is the NAV4 version.
I have tried to reistall the software by holding the power button down till the black information screen and pressing the on/off 3 times but it still does the same.
