What's the point if feedback is ignored?

I voluntarily gave detailed information on speed limits changes in 14 reports between 27th March 2018 and 6th Dec 2018 (IDs follow), every single one of which remains as 'Pending' and not acted upon or seen corrected in your app over 16 months on.

I can however say that road closures were swiftly acted upon. So what is this? Policy to only ever review speed limits yourselves and just using user suggestions to know where to go?
