Start 25 says "No maps found" while MyDrive says "Your Device is up to date

Hello. I have the same problem on TomTom Start 25. When updating the maps of Europe, the update was interrupted. Now the navigator shows: no maps found. MyDriveConnect now offers only buy maps. I tried to erase the cache and change the computer. How to return the map of Europe back?
