Purchased a map and it won't download

Hello,

I have just purchased a map to travel around Canada. My Tom Tom is not recognised by the computer and therefore will not allow a download. How do I go about a refund as I need this for tomorrow?

    With regards to refund, you will have to contact the customer service.
