MDC 'Connecting'
I am using the TomTom Go 5000 and earlier on in the week updated both the MyDrive Connect software and the software on the Sat Nav. I am now having issues that I cannot get MyDrive Connect to talk to the TomTom! I have tried on two separate computers and followed the troubleshooting instructions on the support page but no joy.
The TomTom 5000 screen says 'Connected to your computer' whilst the MCD software is just a spinning wheel on the 'Connecting' screen. I have logged out, restarted both the SatNav and PC but nothing works.
Can you offer any suggestions please?

Welcome to the community!
I would first look if any anti-virus or a firewall is blocking the connection on the computer.
