Hi @Tertask
Thank you for your message.
As you will have seen Vikram has allocated 2 English Computerised voices to your account so when you attach your unit to Wifi they should be offered, like updates for you to download and then be available for selection in the list of Voices..
Now you have 2 options either you continue with a Recorded Voice which is what I assume you have been using but you should find that as you have the English Voices on your unit that Voice Control will now work. The difference is that whilst you get your normal voice for directions once you activate Voice Control on the GO520 , as soon as you say Hell Tomtom the response will be in one of the 2 Computerised Voices you have been allocated.
The second option is that you Select either Serena or Malcolm as the voice for all your normal directions. These voices, whichever one you select, give you more options on what they will advise you of. as you drive along. When you Select the one of the 2 voices in Settings/ Voices there are extra options such as Read Aloud Street names that you can decide to select or not. If you then go to Settings/Sounds and Warnings then you can now select Read Aloud instead of just Sounds. Read Aloud gives you a list of warnings that you can select to be read aloud for Speed Cameras and safety. If you select all the options available too you then you will find that you get far more detailed information as you drive along . It is much easier to understand a Sound followed by a voice saying Fixed Camera than just to get the Sound.
Hope you are sorted now.
