live traffic in Toronto not working ?

Since last friday I can't get the live traffic, the network connection is ok.

Anyone with the same problem ?

    I reset to factory setting and I did a soft reset still nothing.

    I have problem to update it on My drive connect as well, it says getting ready for a while and then a message appear "our servers are very busy now"

    is it possible the a weak battery can cause this problem ?

    But when is connected the the car should have all the power necessary for work.

    So it is not related to the battery

    Hi @elionu

    Thanks for trying.

    At this point I would suggest that you contact customer service to report this.

    They should be able to look at the SIM status and advise further.

    thank you for your help I already contacted them they said to wait a couple of days and see if the signal come back.

    It's very strange because everything looks ok they said.

    yes and status say connected

    Think you'll need another call to support. Perhaps reactivate SIM card.

    So they have problem in their servers this is what they replied me

    "we apologize for the trouble you are facing with the device. However, there is an ongoing issue with the devices and it has been escalated to the technical team already. The team is working on it, therefore, we will update you once the issue is resolved."

    I was sure of this because on my gps everything look ok.

    Any of you from Toronto has live services problems ?

    Hi @elionu

    As mentioned by our support, this is an ongoing issue with TomTom Traffic not working in Canada for NAV 3 Live devices. We'll post back here once there's an update.

    Is NAV 3 an old technology, I do not know too much about technology.

    Is there NAV 4 now, where can I learn about NAV .

    Does VIA 1535TM GPS have NAV 3 as well?

    I was looking to buy this last year because has life time live services before renew the live services subscription on my VIA 1535.

    you really should be looking at the Go Comfort or 520/620 for Lifetime live services and maps.

    ok but i do not have smartphone so live services are built in the gps ?
