Device fault

Hi

My device has stopped working properly. The menu button won't respond.

This happened a couple of years ago and you kindly repaired it. I wonder if you could repair again?

Many thanks.

Mark

    Hi @CobblerMark

    Welcome to the community :)

Did you already try a Factory reset in recovery mode?

If not then I would suggest that you try that first, See FAQ

Should that not help then the second option would to contact customer service and check out what options you have. But if the device is out of warranty then there will be an associated repair fee.

    Regards
    Vikram

They will repair it if it is under warranty (which it likely is not), if not there is a fee which you would be better off putting towards a new device. The MultiSport was discontinued several years ago and TT Sports left the business altogether over 18 months ago, ceasing all development and production and curtailing Support. You are better off investing your money in a watch from an active brand rather than continuing to throw money away on an old dead product.
