GO 620 Purchased with Free Maps (World) but no updated available?

I purchased a GO-620 on 28/10/2018 inclusive of Free Maps (World) (From TVSN.com.au.
I have the Australia Map and I had the Europe Map and now it's not available?
I need this Europe map as I'm leaving for Europe soon and I specifically purchased the GO-620 for this duel purpose.
Can I get urgent support to assist in loading the Europe Map onto my GO620

    To download the Europe map try this-

    GO TO- Main Menu- Settings-Maps-Add a map
