Why does my navi Tomtom 6200 wifi ignore highways and toll roads even though the menu option to avoid the highway is deactivated?

    I would like to know why the 6250 professional wifi ignores highways and tolls.
    I am a bus driver in tourism and this poses a real problem, I bought this GPS on July 27, 2019 because I really needed it and I thought that it will facilitate me the task quite the contrary it is the Misery ... For the price that it costs is a shame ...
