    It would be useful to know what Tomtom model is involved.

    Has anyone experienced a like situation? My device will go into the waiting for satellites mode for several minutes and needs to be restarted before it will locate the satellites. It also loses the satellites frequently when I'm traveling. I have reached out to TomTom but haven't received a response. (three days)

    Whats the NavKit version on your device ??? in Europe its 12.075
    To check NavKit version....
    From the main menu
    Tap (Settings)
    Left Cursor once for next page
    Tap (Me and my device)
    Tap (About my device)
    Second line... App Version
    Follow onscreen prompts to exit
