Create negative split for racing strategy
Recently I learned that you could plan negative split for your race. Normally I would run slower in the beginning and as race progress I would pace it up later. The negative split strategy suit me just fine. Try to figure out how to incorporate into race under planning tab. This would help me to release me from calculate in head what pace to run. Just want to focus on the running by looking at my TTA. Hope someone could help me with my request.
