GO 520 in USA Live Traffic via MyDrive app not working

Everything HAS BEEN working fine until two days ago (July 22, 2019). Unit would not stay connected or paired with my phone. I did a hard reset of my iPhone, I did a reset of the unit ... it seems to be paired with the phone now, but only after an hour of trying. Now I get no traffic updates ... in the MyDrive app, it says: "TomTom Traffic - Valid until Aug 28, 2024" ... so that's not the issue. I'm wondering if the BlueTooth in the GO 520 is failing. Unit was bought in the USA, I'm using it in the USA, device & phone are up-to-date.
